I got belly fat that I wanna get rid of as fast as possible, when I sit down, my belly fat hangs out, it is really annoying. I’d like to know some weight loss tips for losing a beer belly and make my abs to show.

Most of the people get extra body fat because of their overeating or lacking of physical activity. To get rid of your belly fat, you just need to make sure you burn more calories than you take in. So, two ways you can go are reducing your eating, and more active.
I don’t think sit ups and crunches don’t work, they don’t work just because people can’t do a lot. If you just do dozens of or hundreds of crunches, sit-ups per day, these don’t help you burn much calories. So they are not effective ways to lose fat. Compare to ab exercises, cardio is more effective since you can do for dozens of minutes and even more than 1 hour. So, you burn more calories then you get faster fat loss result.
Running 30 – 60 minutes every other day. drink water instead of soda, it should help.
