Does Eating Before Bed Cause Weight Gain
Eat before bed cause people gain weight, I have the viewpoint at first. But after doing some research on the internet, I find that I was wrong.
For losing weight, how long you wait to go to bed after eating does not matter. It is a myth that eating before bedtime will make you gain fat.
The most important thing that determine your weight gain or weight loss is how many calories you take in and how many calories you expend.
In a very long time period, people believed that late night eating could cause fat gain. But recent researches have proven that it is wrong.
When your CALORIE IN is More Than CALORIE OUT, you gain fat.
When your CALORIE IN is Less Than CALORIE OUT, you lose fat.
In fact, most people who have late night eating habit have already consumed enough calories in the daytime. The late eating just add excess energy to their body. And most of the extra calories will be turned into fat because of being lack of activities during sleeping. More eating means more excess calories, this result in gaining more fat at last.
In short, eating before bed do not cause weight gain.
