Drinking vinegar to lose weight?
Can you lose weight by drinking vinegar?
I do not know if there is research evidence to support this. But there are some people believe that drinking vinegar can help you lose weight. They claim that drinking vinegar can increase the feeling of fullness when you are eating meals, and it also help you speed up metabolism and accelerate fat burning.
Is it true?
Maybe yes, maybe it is a whole bunch of nonsense.
But it is still an interesting weight loss idea.
If you are interested in this weight loss method, here is a use of vinegar in food.
Black soy beans recipe:
What you needs:
some black soybeans, an empty pot, a bottle of white vinegar.
How to do:
Wash and clean the beans, dry them.
Wash and clean the pot, dry it.
Pour the black soybeans into the pot. (1/3 of the pot)
Pour vinegar into the pot.(stop when it hit the 2/3 of the pot)
Seal the pot.
Wait for several days. (when you see the beans completely expand)
Now you can eat a few, like 10, beans after each meal.
Warning:
People who suffer from certain types of stomach and intestinal illnesses, such as stomach ulcer, should avoid eating too much vinegar.
