Usually, people will suggest you run 30 minutes to 60 minutes. 3 to 5 times each week.
But, if you’ve never run before, it is hard to run 30 minutes. So, you can just begin with whatever you can go, 10 minutes is ok. A few days later, you may run 15, 20, 30,… minutes. Just don’t over do it. You will find that you can run longer and longer.
And you need to reduce your caloric intake to accelarate weight loss.
