How to get rid of a double chin fast?

My weight is always normal, but I have acquired a double chin for 2 years, maybe 3 years, I cant remember clearly. I tried to do facial workout to get rid of it, but it seems that the exercise does not work, the double chin is still there. This really bothers me,
Does anyone know any tips on how to get rid of a double chin fast? And what is the best way to get rid of it?
