How to Lose Only Belly Fat

Many people looks fine except the ugly stomach pot, this is really a big pain for them. So, how to lose only belly fat become a hot question.

When it comes to fat loss, the first method people will call to mind is exercising. If you wish to trim tummy fat by doing workouts,
the bad news is you are unable to lose only stomach fat,

It is a myth that you can lose fat on a specific area by doing specific exercise. When you do exercises to shed fat, the fat dropped from your whole body, it is not determined by what workouts you do, but mainly determined by your gene.

Try to swim for an hour ever other day, say Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
And do strength training and ab workouts on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Rest on Sunday.
