How to lose weight asap?

I have something important in a few weeks, so I have to lose weight asap. I weigh 186 lbs now, my goal weight is 150 lbs, I am wondering if I can lose approximately 36 pounds in 3-4 weeks? I am going to eat 1200-1500 calories a day, and run for 40-60 minutes every day, will this plan work? Any better tips to help me lose some weight asap? Plz help, thx.

  1. It is difficult to lose 36 lbs in a month. You need more time. 3 months, I think.
    Your plan seems OK, it should work. Try to drink water instead of drinking soft drinks, soda, or eating snacks. Eat fruits and veggies. Running is good, but don’t forget to do some weight training, it help you burn calorie faster.
