Sauna suit and weight loss?
I just bought a sauna suit, I am going to lose weight by wearing the sauna suit while exercising, has anyone ever used a sauna suit to lose weight? Does it work? Does it really give you faster weight loss result and help you lose inches?

Because you sweat more when you do exercise by wearing a sauna suit, you lose more water, this do help you lose water weight, then your total body weight will reduce. But, as soon as you drink water, it come back. So, in a word, it only help you lose water weight temporarily.
However, there are also some people claim that they do lose a lot of weight by wearing the sauna suit while doing workout.
Maybe you can try it, but I think the exercise is more important than the sauna suit.
